I fetched some game demos from one finnish game site and noticed interesting thing there...
"Pharao's Curse" was listed there (http://www.peliplaneetta.net/tiedostot/pelidemot/seikkailu-roolipelit/3160/)
but this Curse is an adventure game... certainly not "Pharaohs' Curse" which is listed in the Dexterity.
I wonder if somebody can sue somebody for name conflicts (as it recently happened to Remedy's Max Payne - wrestler called Maxx Payne sued them...) ;)

I guess they only sue people who made several millions... after the first million change your name then :p

*shrug* Personally, I'd say that "Pharaoh's Curse" is generic enough that you couldn't really make much of a fuss about it.
After all, movies with the same name are often released... Usually not too close to each other in years, but certain words and phrases are just too common to restrict. Like "True Love", which turns up several hits in imdb.com.
Dweep is rather more specific, so if someone released a game called Dweepp or Dweepe there'd be grounds for complaint. :)
Of course, Idon't make the rules.

lol
I'm having the same problem with the game I hadnt released yet.
there are several businesses and games called "wild goose chase" (but not Goose Chase).
Its a common phrase, and as Pharao & curse, I guess there will be more to come that will have a naming problem.
I doubt Konami has any interest in suing a shareware developer over a 20 year old product they no longer support. Let it go.
