I'm trying to get more channels to sell my game so I'm thinking of selling my game through egamezone (or any other online store).
I have 2 questions concerning selling games through sites like this.

1- if u have an experience with egamezone, Do u recommend it?and why?And if not, what other publisher do u recommend?

2- I noticed they sell games for a very low price like $1.99 and $4.99, although these games are provided in thier developers sites for $15 and $20. As you guess I just get %50 of its price ,so if my game sells 1000 units for $2.00 I'll get only $1000 for 1000 players and 1000 technical support questions, which could be reasonable if I sell my game for $10

oh just a note ... by selling my games through online stores I think I can say I'm still an indie game developer!:D

In my opinion, any game you put any effort into, you shouldn't sell for anything less than $10.00. Unless of course it had pac-man logic simplicity, and it was just some revolutionary concept that people would play at that level of simplicity. Although simplistic is the way to go, for valueware. I used to be blinded by over ambitious game project goals, but the mighty Dexterity Software Indie faq fixed this. 8), I'd still like to work up to a bigger game, but I've learned to tone down the concepts. Sorry, I ramble, when I post I'll often go slightly off subject, or completely, it can not be helped. 8):D

I agree. dont let your work be devalued. Dont sell below $10. RealGames sometimes sell StarLines at a discount and I don't really want it sold below $15 or pref $20.
If someone will pay $5 for a game they will pay $10 for it. However they wont tell you that, or even admit it to themselves!
