Came across the Nokia Game Developers Page (http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,6566,050,00.html).
While most of the specific stuff does pertain to game development on mobile devices, there seems to be quite a bit of general information about game development that could prove useful to casual game makers on any platform.
