Hello! I'm a Stockboy addict and I need help. I have a few levels on the regular calendar and the backwards calendar that I haven't been able to get gold stars on. I am also missing some of the 'secret stars' that are found in each month. If you play Stockboy, please HELP! Post here or email me. Thanks in advance!

Let me see if i can help you out, which months are you missing the secret stars for, and which weeks are you having trouble getting the gold stars in?

Great! Thanks to you both! Here is my 'list'.

Regular calendar:

Jan.-Wk. 4 - Can't get above a silver star.
June.-Wk.3 - Can't get about silver star and can't find secret star.
August-Wk.4 - Can't get above silver.
October - Can't find secret star.
Smarch - Can't find secret star.

Reverse calendar:

March - Can't find secret star.
April-Wk. 4 - Tuff one, can't get a star at all.
Wk. 3 - Can't kill pigs before I get killed, very tuff!
July - Secret star.
August- Wk. 1 - Can't get above a silver
October-Wk. 3 - Can't beat, can't get pig to uncover exit.
Wk. 4 - Can't beat, just can't seem to get fast enuff.

So far I'm fine on the add-on levels. I don't know if each batch has a secret star though. Thanks for your help. I will be going out of town on November 15th and will return on the 19th and look forward to getting 100% on the calendars!

For your questions I want to contribute the following:

October no secret: it is in week #3.
Ask again in this forum thread if I need to tell more details (or ask me in a private conversation).

Inverted April week 3 (can't kill pigs before they get me): try placing bombs in front of the pigs. It requires very good timing, or you will be blown up by the bomb.

Inverted October week 3 (can't get pig to uncover exit): you only need yellow pigs eating yellow boxes; the exit is in the lower left; first move to the lower right, then when the pigs almost got you locked up quickly move a few rows up and to the left (when you pass the pigs stay as low (south) as possible). While still running, go to the lower left corner. One pig will stay on the lowest line and eat everything from right to left. Then again, when the exit is uncovered, go north, past the yellow pigs, and walk around them and jump in the exit.

Inverted October week 4 (can't beat): when a pig is one square away from you diagonally (that is one row away and one column away) then, depending on which of the four diagonals, the pigs seem to prefer one direction above the other. So when you stand on the exit line with the pig diagonally above you, it differs whether the pig is to the upper LEFT or the upper RIGHT of you. I did not finish this level yet, since I start looking for secret areas first. You might try both possibilities.
Maybe it also involves timing (such as luring the pig straight down and moving aside at the very last moment) and the direction the pig is looking to may also be important.
I have to make my own level to check it out (with one brown pig in it or so, and a few obstacles).


I also have a question for all the Stockboy players:

Can anybody tell me in which weeks the bonuses are?
According to the counters on the main screen (they all count till 100 percent) there are 26 secret areas (one in each month).

I already know the following secrets:
Normal calendar: January, February, March, April, August, September, October.

I don't know yet:
Normal calendar: May, June, July, November, December, Smarch.
Inverted calendar: all 13 months.
