I was wondering if anyone here that uses Armadillo can recommend me an ecommerce solution that was the easiest to setup.

We use Digital Candle, they seem to work best as a no-frills provider.

RegSoft and eSellerate have web support for Armadillo (no need to go through their support people). Many other providers support it, but need to have their tech guys do the config for you.

Check "Armadillo-Capable Registration Services" in the Armadillo docs.

We use RegSoft because they can automatically generate Armadillo codes for your products. They've been really easy to work with and setup new products, bundles, discounts, etc.

However, Digital Candle will be cheaper if you product is under $30.
