I have searched the net many times, and never seen anything about the presentation of an order form and how it affects sales. With the billions of dollars flying around, it completely amazes me that so little research has gone into it.

I am certain that order form layout and wording can dramatically affect the amount of orders. The tricks is: what's the best way? I have always tried to guess at what I think would work, and combine it with good ideas I have seen from other authors. I have also tried some direct mail order ideas.

But the bottom line is that I have not done nearly enough research on my own. Has anybody seen any statistical data about order forms and their presentation?
