I'd like to use the affiliate programs of both Regnow and esellerate, but does anybody know if there's a conflict of interest on behalf of one of those companies that would prevent me from using both?

it's totally allowed to do it.
I think that regnow has a link to detect from where the affiliate is coming also ( useful ;) ) I think arcadelab is using such a command.
I personnaly use, eseelerate, kagi, yaskifo and regnow. ( i prefer esellerate )

Thanks for the info.
What advantages do you get from Kagi and Yaskifo? Foreign orders?

esellerate may be good for the developer, but as an affiliate i dont like it at all and if I see a developer using it I usually don't bother to affiliate with them. Regnow is the slickest system unless a developer has their own (like myself (www.littleshinyobjects.com) or reflexive. Also, if you use esselerate for purchases, regnow affiliates know they will get hosed out of some sales.

I used both esellerate and regnow.
I started with esellerate only, and only recently I signed also with regnow, since they seem to have lot of affiliates.
I have still to see the advantage of that though ;)
Since nowadays lot of games have a buy-now link INSIDE the game (and from what I've head lot of ppl click that button if they want to buy the game), I think that doesn't matter anymore which system do you use, you have to request a custom build to be sure ;)
If I was a "full-time affiliate" I'd surely prefer esellerate, since they get only 10-15% of the profits (beside the affiliate percentage).
Example, for a 20$ sale, with regnow at 30% affiliate sale you get:
20$ - 20% regnow = 16$ -> 30% affiliate = about 5$
20$ - 15% esellerate = 17$ -> 30% affiliate = more than 5$
also, if the vendor sells less than 15k$/year, the esellerate percentage drop to 10% so it is about 6$
