Hi everyone,
I know some people here have asked for 2D scrolling platformers, our new game Gold Miner Joe falls into that category...
Check it out at: http://www.arcadelab.com
Feedback are welcome.

Very nice! I'm one of those who have been going on about platformers, so thanks. :)
Joe is as good looking and slick as your other games - you really put an effort into your games, which earns at least my respect. Also, I think you have your own style. I bet people can spot if a game was made by Arcade Lab by just looking at it, I know I can. And you're lightning fast too, seems like it wasn't long ago you released Digipool!
If I may come with a suggestion: why not add some movement to the nagscreen? It seems a little static, at least compared to Superstar Chefs. Of course, I'm one of those guys that just love moving stuff, the more the better! Don't know if all that movement distracts the players though, it could very well be better just to have a static screen. What experiences do all you mighty forum members have regarding nagscreens? Is it better to have a static one or one with lots of movement?
Finally, welcome to the board! It's always nice to see a fellow Swede. Where in Sweden do you live? *curious*

To early to say, we released 2 days ago. 7 sales so far, don't know how many downloads. With Superstar Chefs we noticed that most people seams to take quite some time before they register, not unusual about 2 weeks after download.

Thanks, we are located in Malmö (southern Sweden for non-swedes :)
Woah, very nice game! I'm afraid I don't have anything bad (or constructive) to say about it ;)...
A 30 min trial seems a bit tiny though.

Instead of listing what I liked about it (forgive me, I'm a little pressed for time right now, sorry!) I thought I'd just quickly mention one little niggle I had with it - the controls.
The game uses ctrl for jump, shift for fire, and space for dynamite. It might seem like a small thing, but when I play games I *always* use ctrl for fire, and alt for jump. If there is a 3rd button needed, I use shift. Even the small changes to this configuration, as used by Gold Miner Joe, felt very awkward and wrong to me. And I couldn't change it.

Nice game, very good graphics! Just one thing, maybe you could make the animations of climbing up and down the ladders a little smoother.
