Hi!
What to do, if the reviewers from TuCows re-write a description of the game and it is wrong now, because it didn't describe the game. And they don't allow to change descriptions for 90 days and don't answer e-mails. Does anybody have same problem?

Exclude late Fridays (EST), Saturdays, Sunday and Mondays and repeat your request. They should answer - at least they were doing so before.
Try to be as informative as possible why you suppose current review incorrect.
Say something good about "their great archive".
Probably should work.
And stay relaxed by anyway. We are advertising at Tucows right now - no any serious addition to income. So, you shouldn't loose too much even with not too correct review. :D

I've always gotten very speedy support from Tucows. Did you email them directly (developer at tucows dot com)?

It is not a first time when I have troubles with TuCows reviews. I usually write them each 2-3 days. And once I wait for 90 days and changed descriptions manualy - and no effect. I assume, that they don't support software authors who didn't pay for speedy submission. But if TuCows doesn't bring too much number of downloads then I don't have to worry about it.

Don't get my words too concrete. It obviously can depend from product.
But yes -
we hadn't noticed any additional orders and downloads with our advertising,
it is impossible to track any sells made through Tucows because they download your version on their servers,
and their support was not any flexible to our needs in last times (they didn't let us to change anything in advertising text they compiled for our product!).
Hope this helps to make your OWN decision. OK?
