I've decided to do like Gabriel.
I've released Spin Around 1.0 on my other website:
http://www.winterwolves.com

I'll not advertise it too much for now, because I am not sure 100% that is bugfree, even if now there shouldn't be anymore the bugs found in the beta version.

On the website you can find a short description (I'll have to change that) and some screenshots.

Feel free to try it :)

Congratulations Jack! May the Sales be with you!

BTW, exactly what did you decided to do like me? Releasing a puzzle and having people say "Wow, that was a fast development time"? :D

Thanks! :))
I hope the god of sales will start to look in my direction, at last! recently is quite distracted ;)

ahah, yes it's quite strange :p
I even stopped in the period from 20 december to 1st january to release v1.2 of USM (it was better if I was doing the puzzle considering the results!!).

Maybe we are clones? :D

Maybe we are clones?
Who knows? My last name is completely italian :)

OK, some feedback from the game :

1) It took me a couple of seconds to understand what I was supposed to do. It's an interesting concept, but you should be way more clear about it. Don't let me play until you show some kind of instructions.

2) I'm totally confused about the "balls left". I reached zero and kept playing. Then, in some moment, it said "game over".

3) Make the balls fall faster or something! I found myself clicking the arrows and being ignored because the balls were still falling.

4) This is very minor : when the board rotates, you take the image and rotate it. While the effect is nice, the lighting of the balls is wrong, it shouldn't rotate. Instead of rotating one bitmap, you could just rotate the board with holes, and just move (not rotate) the balls so they match the holes, but without rotating them. Of course, you have better things to do than listening to this point :)

maybe I can start automatically the Tutorial when the user play the game for the first time (now it play the tutorial only when you click on Help).

ehhe yes, I need to clarify that :p
balls left are the balls that will pop up from the top. You get game over instead when there aren't anymore possible combinations left on the board (that is there aren't anymore 3 balls of the same colour left).
But you're right, I need to explain that better! thanks for the tip.
Make the balls fall faster or something!
on the left there's a menu from which you can adjust volumes and also game speed: if you put speed to maximum it should be fast enough I think...

The last thing needs more programming than it's worth :D I hope players will forgive me for this :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Oh, I forgot...

5) The nag screen is really, really, really, really, really annoying! If you absolutely must do it so frequently, don't start showing it until 30 minutes of gameplay have elapsed, or something like that.

Well the nag screen in effect could use some tweaking.
For now I'll leave it as it is, but I'd like some user feedback to see if I need to delay it a bit (now is really stressing in effect!!) :)
