For those of you who have sold other developer's games (or any software for that matter) through an affiliate program (such as eSellerate's or RegNow's), what kind of information do you get about the customer? Specifically, do you get their e-mail address and other personal information? The reason I'm asking is because I'm wondering about the feasibility of a "value-added" service, wherein the third-party affiliate offers extras to customers who buy games through their site. Extras might include phone tech support, extended money back guarantees, etc. I'm not concerned with whether or not such extras would be financially viable at this point, but rather whether or not there's even enough information passed on to the "middleman". Thanks!
