Publishers of educational software you will find in retail especially.
Utility software is mostly self published on the internet.
An example is Stardock.com.

For high quality edutainment contact retail publishers:
Valusoft.com

eGames.com

For edutainment there isn't a big niche. While you need to put much energy, money and time to see a good quality result. So in the short term it isn't worth it. For games you can reach a bigger niche, especially the casual games. The retail pulbishers I mentioned are also focused on the casual gamers.
