Hey guys..
I was looking for a newsletter service..
Ezine manager that Mike posted a while back seems to be EZine "director" now..
I'm a bit concerned, I dont like it when companies start changing names.
What gives?
Are any of you guys still using it? got any scare stories?

The service has been fine for me. I was using another service for awhile and discovered that a good deal of the email was getting caught in the bulk folder. I switched over to eZineDirector and the email made it into the inboxes. Plus, they have a nice tracking feature where you can see exactly how many people open the email and how many click on the individual links within the email.

There was a lot of bluster when the name changed and it was a pain to switch everything, but generally aside from that the service has been pretty reliable and they reply to support questions. Personally, I suspect they forgot to renew their domain name. My one beef with the service is that there's a monthly minimum fee whether or not you do a mailing. I do mailings every month so it's ok for me, but if you don't that may be a factor.
