View Full Version : European publishers?

Hello everybody,

I know asking for publisher(s) is a pretty common question,
but any help is appreciated, so here it goes:

I am looking for a good European publisher (or US publisher who has a big market in Europe) for my (almost finished) soccer-game.
In my opinion, Alawar seems to be the best option, but I dont hear anything from them after my submission to them.
I also dont have many trust in several small 'publishers' I've
seen, I prefer a publisher who has really something to offer and keeps good contacts.

Most (big) shareware publishers are in the US, and unfortunatelly soccer is not so popular there, so not very interesting for the US market. At least, that' what they say.

Any suggestions?

Martin

what kind of soccer game it is? managerial or action? any screenshots? :)

I've been unable to find a publisher for my USM and I've tried all I know :)

You may think to sell it yourself. Despite what publisher think, soccer games sell pretty well ;)

Hi Jack,

It's an action/arcade soccergame.
Yes I have screenshot(s). If you mail me privately,
I can give you some more details about my game.

I'd try selling it yourself over the net, that way you can begin to build an income from the game. It won't stop you getting a publishing deal, and it'll help cos if your game is good you'll get a positive reputation.
