This isn't for a game, but I figured I'd start my quest here. :)

I'm working on a major update of my The Journal (http://www.davidrm.com/thejournal/) product, due out this summer. Part of the update is a UI makeover, including theme-ability. I want to move away from The Journal's current look, which is "Windows Blah", to a more customized, professional look.

Here is a summary of the work I want done:
1. User interface design (how components and information are arranged and presented to the user).
2. User interface "skinning" and theme creation.
3. Splash screen/logo creation.
4. Possible Web page design to match the new look of the software.
