The forums upgrade probably just reset the allowed file types. I'll look into it later today and correct it. In the meantime you can always post it as a ZIP file.

You should be able to post Dweep levels now -- as I guessed the forum upgrade simply reset the allowed attachment types, so I just added them back.

Yes, I've just done it, now it works.
I don't wanted to post a ZIP file, because this adds an extra step for installing a level.
