Well, I've almost bought Web address for my company. The address will be something like this: http://www.myname.org.ua

Is this ddress bad? Should I anyway buy www.myname.com? My company is situated (physically) in Ukraine (.ua). Please tell me your comments.

Go with .org.ua if you're providing local services within the Ukraine or your site isn't going to be in English. If you want to sell worldwide, it's not worth having anything that people will find hard to remember or that may make them less likely to use a CC, so go with .com

To me it seems ugly, in fact I've never seen .ua in use before. However .au and .uk both are very successful for companies based in the domains' respective countries. I second what escotia said.
