Heya,
I'm currently working on my game (3d-platformer), and reviewed
the ways other games enrich their graphical content.

I don't mean things like better textures&modelling, but things
like adding:
- Score & Life display (did u ever noticed how every platformer
has one but no one really cares about the score?)
- Nice backdrop (or even a particle system with clouds like worms have)
- Adding time display (Thus having "Best times" or unlocking
bonus level)

anyway,
id just wanted to know if there are any more elements like the
above i can add to enrich the gameplay and graphic content to
my game?

Hmm, I'm not sure what your game is about, but having special "combos" that multiply the player's earned points might be worthwhile.

Yea, i thought about adding lots of bonuses.
and as you said, combos/bonuses of bonuses.

but, still, i think i'm missing something...

You could replace the score by gems, every 100 red gems the hero gets an extra life, 50 green gems he gets a special power etc...
