Hi,

I'm working on a 2D top-down golf game tentatively titled Animal Golf. I would be really grateful if some of you could download the demo and tell me what you think.

It's a bit rough around the edges in parts, but I'm aiming more for gameplay, bugs and compatability feedback than polish or graphics comments.

Known issues:
* There is no audio yet.
* Graphics are often placeholders (especially the grass type borders, which will be properly blended later).
* There is no title screen image yet.
* Expect to see some console window output.

Perhaps you are only planning to do this for the demo, but I would highly suggest not shipping your game as a .rar file, since not everyone will be able to use it.

This game is really fun!

I like it a lot. :) Looks very polished so far.

Sillysoft, you are right - in the release versions there will be an installer. This is just a work in progress test.

I've only checked it out briefly so I can't really comment on the game (had a bit of fun, though), just wanted to let you know that nasty things happen when you shoot the ball off the map. ;)

Thanks guys. Along with the people at 2DNow ( http://2dnow.zenzer.net/ ), you're really helping me figure out what needs fixed. I think this will be a decent game!

Handle save failure

Make 'nice shot' more difficult.

Make semi rough less sticky.
