I recently released Jr. Vet and now realize that it may not be the best name.

The game lets kids role play a veterinarian and cure animals.

My concern is that many folks may not know what a vet is...

Vote for the name that sounds better...

Hmm, I guess you want to avoid links with wars and things, so maybe you're right about the change.

I like the sound of Jr. Animal Doctor, because animals brought into vets aren't always pets. Maybe people find hurt animals on the road or whatever. But I'm getting off-track...

I am with PeterM on this one, Jr Animal Doctor.

By the way are you using Jr or Junior?

If I had to go for one it would be Junior, it's less ambigious.

I have not seen the game but have you considered just calling it Animal Doctor? Even if the target users are kids adults may enjoy playing it, therefore expanding the market for you. Even if the role is a kid it still may appeal to adults.
