Can anyone tell me how to get the two green gems? The solveit
scenario is incomplete and does not show this part. Help!

You need both bombs in the chamber with the spider. Get the first one as the spider starts on his left to right circuit and get the second one after the spider leaves the chamber. Set one of these at the first tree in the chamber with the door in order to gain axcess to the center of the rock formation. I hope this helps. I love this game.
