I bet you always wondered where the serious game developers hang out hatching cunning plots for world domination?

Well wonder no more because I'm giving the game away! No seriously!

Anyway, just wanted to let you in on the secret hidout at #ludumdare on IRC AfterNET where you might find me and about half a dozen other indie developers with published games tackling the serious issues that haunt all independant game developers like why people who put comments on download.com seem to have absolutly no idea what our games are about.

Hmm despite my current unfocused exuberence the channel is generally fairly tightly focused on game development and marketing ect.

So if your up for some real time connection with like minded or at least similarly inspired people then feel free to drop by and say hello :)

Yeah I second that. #ludumdare has taken over from #gamedev as the channel for serious discussion.
Trouble is often its quiet, maybe there should be a specifiec night a week like gamdev used to have chats every saturday?
