I have seen posts in the past about game development tools/engines/etc and I haven't found anything on Reality Factory. I've recently "discovered" it (actually I read about it on gamedev a while ago and ignored it). I'm interested to see if the Dexterity community has any opinions on it. I'm also strongly considering Blitz Basic but I like the idea of starting with a complete engine and it's free! Does anyone have good or bad experiences with it? Thanks,

Josh

The engine is very old. The level editing tools are very limited. It is designed in such a way that it basically requires several pricey tools (eg. 3D Studio Max) to work with it. Do yourself a favor and get Blitz3D.
