OK, so I finally got here. But having flipped the first two switches I can see not way of getting any further. Any hints?:(

After flipping those first 2 switches, you should have exposed the evil wizard Edizon. His powers are electrical in nature, so if you can think of some way to short-out his electricity, he'd be temporarily in a weakend state and vulnerable to another attack.
