I started the pre-promotion of my upcomming game: Goose Chase.

It's a platform game where you ramble around the world,
scaring geese till they explode ( note to myself: is that non
violent fun? :D )

until the release of my game, i'll be updating the site with more
"features" in each section and more information about the game.

please check it out and tell me what you think.

I checked out everything. It looks pretty cool so far and recently I've been quite curious of what the game concept of your platformer would be. I really like the name too. It sounds catchy. :)

woah.. totally different site this time :) appears to be fixed.

I like the site. A lot of developers use black backgrounds, i'm not exactly sure why this is. I didn't design the rainfall studios website, however I'm growing attached to the white background.

I like all the content on your page and the game itself looks very interesting. The page doesn't really do a good job of explaining what the gameplay is like but I must admit it does have me very curious.

I think it would also be nice to see some of the previous concept sketches for the main character that got scrapped. I like the idea of a superhero, punk, turtle as the main char ;) Keep up the good work!

humph, thanks!

well, the idea of keeping people curious (up to a certain point)
is the idea. I'll be releasing new "features" each time so that
people will go into the site to hear about the new info.

also, seeing the dates, and the features from the news,
gives some kind of confidence. dunno.

thanks for the compliments.

Overall the site looks pretty nice; it's not cluttered or hard to navigate. It doesn't look like the typical shareware game website--whether that's good or bad...? There are a few English grammar problems/typos which you might want to fix:

Goose Chase has not yet been released, it is scheduled to in October 2003.
If you'll look well on your way, you will see evidence to this old native race.
After play testing our newly created character, we are certain that
there isn't as original and fun game hero as this.

There are also some other odd phrasings and capitalizations which you might want to change.

Nice work :)
The artist that made the graphic is really skilled. Wonder how much does he cost :D

Did you use any tool like Blitz3D or used the classic C/C++ to program the game? the 3D engine seems good!

All pure C++ and DirectX :D

The graphic artist is indeed very skilled, he even had a cover
feature at gamasutra a couple of weeks ago. check out his
website (http://www.erikasorson.com).

I certainly exhaused most of my funding, but the pay was well
worth the result, enough said.

He has made the whole graphics for your game or only main character 2D/3D ?

(sorry about being so curious!! )

He did almost all of the graphics if not all.
All 3d models, animation, textures and 2D art.
a talented artist, to say the least
