Actually I'm fairly new here too and I have yet to thank Steve for his articles, so I'll do so now.

Thanks Steve! Your articles opened my eyes too SO MANY important issues in shareware development that I had previously not even thought about. You probably advanced my development and market knowledge as a shareware developer by a couple of years. I've read most of your articles twice, and some of them several times. These are lessons that I hope to firmly engrave in my brain and my thinking.

For the starting out shareware author discovering your articles is like discovering gold. Thanks!
