i realize tree stop the spores so i build a fence around them but i am unable to destroy them

You can't destroy the Mushrooms or the Spores, but the Spores can be blocked by trees (you figured this out), and they won't fly through Matthius' fire spell. It is possible to make a fire with Matthius, and then quickly sneak another character by while the fire stops the Spores.

It is possible to destroy a mushroom. The mushroom will fire spores at any wizard, even when he is protected by a tree, fire, etc. While the mushroom is distracted by firing spores at a protected wizard place Matthius in a square diagonal to the mushroom. When the mushroom fires a load at the protected wizard, quickly move Matthius to an adjacent square. While he is moving into the square, turn him toward the mushroom and hit the Enter key. The fire spell will destroy the mushroom before it can fire again. This is the only way I was able to get through at least two of the levels.

You dont acutally NEED to destroy the mushrooms, to pass any of the levels, but its always interesting to me to see people come up with ways to do things that were not originally intended as the solution. Thats part of the fun of producing puzzle games.
