Retro64 was formed in 2001 and has been active in the Indie scene ever since, making casual action games with heavy influence from arcade classics of the past. In July 2007, Retro64 was acquired by PopCap Games and now comprises the PopCap Chicago studio. Retro64.com has evolved into a download portal featuring many hit casual games.
