    Hello Everyone, ;)

I am very happy to share my project in this awesome forum.:p

It's a 2D Pixel Platformer Game on Android (Free) called Markey. I have started in 2020 and it's still in development. It will take some more time for me due to some personal problems.

I am a solo developer who is good in Artwork than in Programming. Basic game is done which include movement, jumping and shooting. There are also some more mechanics which are done too.

Like or Dislike, Please tell me so that I can Improve. Share with you Friends and Family Members too. :)

Thanks for all your support. :D

Hi Horseman, i like what you have so far. It vaguely reminds me of early ID and apogee games linke Biomenace and Commander Keen. In my book thats a good thing.

Some of what is happening in the game instantly clear to me. Why you somethings pick up the glowing thing, sometimes not? Why can you walk over gaps? What exactly do those arrow things do.

What i still miss a bit is a sense of story or something. I has a vibe, but it still feels a bit like just another platformer if you dont frame it more in a context.

    keep it up!

@Bram_Gibberish thanks for the comment and your review. :D

Answer to your Question my Friend :-
    .
    01. Glowing things are health, when health is full we cannot pick it up, but when it's empty we can pick it up.

    02. Walking over gaps is because they are not big gaps ( One Tile) we can walk on them but when they are (Two Tiles or more) we cannot walk over them and we have to jump.

    03. Arrow represent the direction, we can only go to that direction, we have variations on them, so it can also be used like in puzzles or so. ( Now they are animated so it won't be problem to understand)

Yep I will frame it for use, have to work a bit more and it will be more fun and good. Story will also be there.

It really make me going and motivate me to work even hard.

Thanks a lot my friend. :D
