I personally wouldn't say it's dead, but there is certainly less activity now than how it used to be. All it really means is that it'll take longer for people to respond. I try to come on here at leat every other day, but that's just me.

No, it's not dead. People still use this site for indie development purposes, either seeking work or looking for recruits. I would say there are also other choices that market the same niche. It has certainly declined over the years but there are dedicated members here still. If the admin would only see to the site, update it etc. I think the place could be booming again :)

Just joined, but I'm having a fun time seeing what people are up to. It's always cool seeing new games, so I hope a bit of give and take from each member will make the place boom once again!

@JoyFreak you are definitely correct on that assessment. I inherited this site from the previous owners who also didn't have enough time to maintain the site any more. I was enthusiastic at first since I was one of the original members here, but with a full-time job, two kids, a house, and my own development projects, it gets tough to find the time to put into it, especially since the site has a monthly bill attached to it and not pulling any income in. I'm open to suggestions though and if its fairly quick and time allows I'll see what I can do.

@Two Tail Fox Welcome to Indie Gamer!
